Emil Gataullin

Emil Gataullin graduated from the Law Faculty of Kazan State University in 1995. He specializes in commercial litigation.

Over the years Emil obtained a vast experience in corporate and civil law disputes, as well as in tax, customs and anti-monopoly cases.

Emil represented clients in all judicial instances up to the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Arbitration Court, and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, including cases challenging legal acts of the Russian Federation.

He has widely published in the Russian law press and lectured on both general and legal topics.

Emil is a member of the Energy Arbitration Court in Kazan (Tatarstan).
