Ilya Putilin is a Russian qualified lawyer specialising in dispute resolution, white collar crime and internal investigations.

 

From 2011 until 2017 Ilya worked in Moscow offices of Squire Patton Boggs and Clifford Chance advising on and representing clients in vast majority of contentious and investigative matters.  Ilya also serves as a senior international case counsel at the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.

 

His experience, inter alia, includes representing clients before the Russian Supreme Arbitrazh Court, the RF Supreme Court and in arbitration under the auspices of the ICAC, the LCIA and the SCC.

 

Ilya is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Great Britain).
