Kirill Okorochenkov
Kirill has been advising international clients investing into the Russian economy for more than 15 years.
His key areas of specialization include mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, competition, property, contracts, and employment legislation.
Kirill was also extensively involved in numerous dispute resolution matters, including shareholders' disputes, tax, intellectual property, insurance and reinsurance, anti-monopoly, consumer, and environmental protection claims.
Before taking his current role at Redstone Chambers, Kirill spent many years as an associate at the Moscow office of Dewey & LeBoeuf, a premier New York - based international law firm and was subsequently the Country Legal Counsel for Russia & CIS at The Boeing Corporation.
Kirill is a graduate of the Moscow State Law Academy and Moscow State Linguistic University.
